Please be advised that there has been and increase for the Replacement Pass from $11.00 to $12.00.

 

Tamworth Buslines will again run the Tamworth Country Music Festival Shuttle, which will commence on Friday 18th January and will finish on Sunday 27th January 2019.

Wristbands will again be on sale for $10 per day, or $40 for the whole festival, which equates to a huge discount. Pensioners can also take advantage of the $2.50 per day, or $25 10 Day RED Wristband.

We are looking forward to meeting our old friends, and meeting new ones again this year, see you in Tamworth.

In line with the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART), Transport for NSW have authorised changes to the bus fares provided by Rural and Regional Bus Operators in NSW which will be effective from 1 January 2019.

In Summary for 2019

  • No change to the  Regional Excursion Daily (RED) of $2.50 
  • 1 to 2 Section Single Trip Adult fare (Fare Band 1) will increase to $2.40 and the Child/Concession Fare to $1.20 
  • 3 to 6 Section Single Trip Adult fare will increase to $3.50 and the Child/Concession will remain unchanged at $1.70
  • 7 to 15 Section Single Trip Adult fare will increase to $5.00 and the Child/Concession will increase to $2.50
  • Those passengers travelling 16+ sections (Fare Bands 4-10) will have an increase from the current capped fare of $7.20 to the new capped fare of $7.40 and the Child/Concession Fare to $3.70 this applies to Single Trip Fares Only
  • Daily ticket fares will also increase which will allow unlimited daily travel.  The correct daily ticket value must be purchased for the longest single leg of travel.
